Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • iDEAL (You will be redirected to iDeal.)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, you will be redirected to Stripe.)
  • SOFORT (You will be redirected to SOFORT.)
  • PayPal (Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.)
  • Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.)

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using the iDEAL payment gateway, credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express – via Stripe Gateway), Sofort, PayPal account or buy paying the invoice to our bank account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL or Post NL at the following rates:

  • Flat Rate within The Netherlands — 5,95€, free Shipping from 85€
  • Flat Rate within Belgium and Germany — 9,95€, free shipping from 100€
  • Flat Rate within all other countries in the EU except Ireland, Iceland and the Canary Islands— 14,95€
  • Flat Rate for all other countries/regions — 19,95€

Prices incl. 21% VAT.

You can also pick up the goods in our store to save shipping costs. Write us a note using the order note field below the shipping address fields while checking out.

Delivery times:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, France, Austria: 1-3 business days
  • All other EU-countries and Switzerland: 2-6 business days
  • Rest of the worlds: 1-2 weeks

Heavy furniture pieces are only shipped within the EU. Other rates apply for heavy furniture and
baby carriages. These are dependent on size and weight.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
